I'll keep working on the print materials, bringing it to a plan and budget estimate that I'll bring with me to the next meeting. With luck, we could present that portion to the Church Council meeting the following week.
As for ushers and greeters - good thoughts. Let me know what I can do to help.
Regarding the padfolios - There are a number of sources for those, and there are different styles at different prices. Walter at SWAG might be able to get decent pricing, but there are thousands of trinket and trash vendors who would source these. Might be able to save some bones.
Hey, anyone object to me creating a little "printed material" survey? Could do online, plus print up some basic forms for those who are less connected.
