Rainbow Choir clothes those in need

Last Wednesday night, the Rainbow Choir (age 4 - 1st grade) delivered a trailer-load of clothing to the UMUM Klothes Kloset.  They worked very hard for the last few weeks to gather the clothing donations from our church family.  They prove that advocacy can happen even in the youngest hearts.  We can make a difference!  Good job, Rainbow Choir!

We raised $190.71 for UNICEF!!

Good job, trick-or-treaters!  On our first try at "trick-or-treating for UNICEF," we managed to raise close to $200 for those in need.

Just so you know, with the money we donated, UNICEF will be able to provide 47 wool blankets to children to keep them warm at night...or they could provide 76 children with school supplies!  Way to go, REALKids!

Trunk-or-Treat

We had a great time at the 1st Annual Trunk-or-Treat at East Heights, presented by Friendship First (I added the annual, because we are so doing this again)!  I have posted pictures from the evening - look for the photo album on the left side of the page.
