What's Happening This Week 1-19-2010

I have missed you all like crazy, but had an awesome time in Costa Rica…can’t wait to tell you more about it.  Thank you to all who carried on all of our incredible ministries while we were gone.  And, we had an amazing time on the Ski Trip!  Thank you to Kent Calvert, Carolyn Hobble and Scott Nelson for driving and to Sally Goodson for also sponsoring.

 

All of our YOUTH MINISTRIES are going strong, I encourage you to be involved in absolutely everything you can be.  It is an unbelievable time together growing in faith!

è The 30 Hour Famine is February 19-20, 2010

We are starting earlier, so we can raise even more money to help save lives!  You can begin signing up TODAY and begin raising money.  I’ve thrown out the challenge that if we raise $5000, I will dye my hair “atomic cupcake” (that’s a really bright pink).  Get ready to change the world!

Confirmation Class is meeting in Room 033 then heading over to Pleasant Valley UMC for our lesson on baptism and communion.  We will return around 9 p.m.  If you can be here just a little bit early, we can leave right at 7:15 p.m.
